Because our products are food items, we do not generally accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged, missing or incorrect orders

If your delivery is genuinely damaged, missing an item or contains an incorrect product, contact Vijay Dry Fruits promptly with your order number and clear photos where relevant. Our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Before accepting a resolution

Please keep the packaging and product available while the issue is being reviewed. Any approved refund or replacement is handled case by case after verification.
